Brennan joined Prime Commercial, Inc. in May 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in commercial real estate development. His career launched with a six-year tenure at a Texas retail developer, completing a grocery-anchored shopping center and a significant 192-acre mixed-use project. Moving to Silicon Valley, he then contributed over four years as a Project Manager and Asset Manager for Sand Hill Property Company, managing a commercial portfolio valued at approximately $500 million.

With a profound understanding of owner preferences and the dynamics of retail properties, Brennan focuses on landlord representation, engaging in a broad spectrum of lease negotiations with national and local retail tenants. His expertise also encompasses the strategic acquisition and divestment of commercial properties, with a successful history in transactions including value-add, stabilized, NNN, sites with environmental issues, car dealerships, grocery-anchored centers, redevelopments, and ground-up projects.

As an active participant in professional circles, Brennan is involved with the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP).

He earned his Economics degree from Southern Methodist University and lives in Los Gatos with his wife, two children, and two beagles. Beyond his professional pursuits, Brennan is an avid traveler, seeking out diverse cultures, and enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing, hiking, and skiing.
